Apex Predator
- Description: “You’ve become the strongest creature in the backyard, and are able to bring out the hidden strength in weapons made by bosses.”
- Effect:
- Club of the Mother Demon:
- The has a 20% chance when attacking to give an effect that gives the weapon 10 seconds of applying Venom.
- The Venom deals 35 damage every second for 10 seconds.
- Scythe of Blossoms:
- Has a 20% chance when attacking to give an effect that increases the Scythe of Blossoms’ attack speed by 25% for 10 seconds.
- Switching to another weapon while this effect is active gives a 75% damage loss to all weapons for the remaining time.
- Club of the Mother Demon:
- How to unlock it: Eliminate the Mantis
- Where to get it: You gain it after defeating the Mantis.
Fresh Defense
- Description: “A plume of mint dust envelops you and sends a cool wave rippling through your skin. Cells activate a freshness layer to combat the sting of all that stinks and burns.”
- Effect:
- Increases resistance to gas and burn damage in 3 levels:
- Level 1: 25% more speed
- Level 2: 50 % more speed
- Level 3: 75 % more speed
- Reduces burn damage in 3 levels:
- Level 1: 25 % more speed
- Level 2: 50 % more speed
- Level 3: 75 % more speed
- Increases resistance to gas and burn damage in 3 levels:
- How to unlock it:
- Level 1: Consume 1 mint shard
- Level 2: Consume 5 mint shards
- Level 3: Consume 10 mint shards
- Where to get it: You gain one level after you complete the task.
Natural Explorer
- Description: “With each Landmark found, you gain a better understanding of the lay of the land. Your tiny feet traverse the yard like it’s the back of your hand. Powered by intuition, your tiny feet skitter through the muck and weeds ever quicker.”
- Effect: Increases your sprint speed in 3 levels:
- Level 1: 20% faster sprint speed
- Level 2: 35 % faster sprint speed
- Level 3: 50% faster sprint speed
- Caution: All speed bonuses stop as soon as you attack a creature, but are granted again when the creature dies or de-aggro.
- How to unlock it:
- Level 1: Discover 20 landmarks
- Level 2: Discover 50 landmarks
- Level 3: Discover 80 landmarks
- Where to get it: You gain one level after you complete one task.

Terrible tier list. Coup de Grass only increases crit by 5% at max so its pretty bad. Juicy is useless as thirst is incredibly easy to mange with water/juice/soda being everywhere. Mithridatism is only usefully for fighting venomous spiders. Sharpshooter does not increase damage with bows, but gives you a chance to root the enemy up to 15% which is garbage. Cardio fan being in F tier is crazy as it is easily an S allowing the player to regenerate their entire stamina bar in a second once exhausted making fights, travel, and bosses much more manageable. Also natural explorer is also an S as it makes doing everything in the game faster. Overall very bad tier list, wouldn’t recommend following this especially if you are new.
It seems the mutations changed most of their effects. Coup de Grass went from 10/25% crit increase to 2,5/5%. We will update our tier list as fast as possible with a new ranking.
