The 8th episode Fear The Walking Dead aired yesterday and fans have been eagerly awaiting the return of Madison Clark (Kim Dickens). The disappointment was great and those responsible are looking for a justification.
That's what happened: fans of the series Fear The Walking Dead have stoked great hope through various teasers from the showrunners and social media accounts of The Walking Dead that the former series leader Madison Clark will return. However, that did not happen and now the showrunners comment on the faux pas.

That should be done: For many it may seem natural if a fan dream does not come true. In this case, however, it is not that easy to explain. Since Madison's death in season 4, episode 8, fans of the show have wanted nothing more than her return.
The tease peak was then reached a few hours before season 6, episode 8 first aired. Here, the AMC The Walking Dead Twitter account apparently posted clear indications of Madison's return. At least this name and the name of actress Kim Dickens were on a "spoiler-free list" of terms that Twitter users should block.
This is what happened: the episode started, and we got answers about who saved Morgan from dying, and then we were robbed of one of our favorite characters. The credits roll -- no post-credit scene -- and that was it. No Madison, no further clue, nothing.
Disappointed, the fans tweeted below the spoiler list and let their anger run wild. Some write that this was the drop that broke the barrel. Others simply express their disappointment and still others criticize the way they deal with the fans and their expectations.
Not in the know: The insider author Kirsten Acuna confronted Ian Goldberg with the allegations of the fans and checked again carefully:
"All we can say is that we don't control Fear The Walking Dead's Twitter account."
Chambliss, who is a showrunner too, also replied:
"That was the first time we heard about it."
In other words? In yesterday's article, we already suggested that "Madison" on the spoiler list must be the reverse. Fans should mute this term, so they don't read tweets from angry fans who are ruining their story.
For most, that's no consolation and means that Madison's return is either off the table or further back. Morgan's near-death experience and mysterious rescue could have been a perfect plot to bring Madison back.
However, this chance was missed, and we are not sure if we can ever count on it again. The season finale of the 6th season Fear The Walking Dead will probably not deal with that either, because this is about the fight against Virginia.
