During the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase 2022, many were hoping for a release date for ARK: Survival Evolved 2. There was a new trailer, but it reveals that the long-awaited title has been postponed.
The trailer already gives you some information about what to expect in ARK 2. In ARK 2, humans have apparently survived a terrible war in the stars and have apparently resettled on another planet. We suspect the ARK put them there. However, they are not alone and other creatures have also been shipped to the new planet.
But if anyone can survive, it's the players of ARK: Survival Evolved!

While many were hoping for a 2022 release, Wildcard announced with the new trailer that the release will be pushed back to 2023. However, no precise details are given. At the beginning of the Xbox/Bethesda Showcase, however, it was mentioned that all games shown will be released within the next 12 months. ARK 2 should therefore be planned for Q1 or Q2 2023. As is typical for wildcards, there could be further shifts.
For the time being only on Xbox consoles and the PC, later probably also on the PlayStation. Currently, ARK 2 is still titled as a console exclusive. We will of course keep you up to date.
