The Building Update for the survival game Green Hell was released today. In this article, you’ll learn what new content the update brings to the tropical adventure.
The update at a glance: The latest update entitled “Building Update” brings some new building objects with it. This means you can now build tree houses in addition to normal dwellings in Green Hell. In addition, you can now build floors and buildings directly above the water with the new floating frames. The notebook has also been revised again.
All the Content of Green Hell’s New Building Update
In addition to several problems and bugs fixed in the new update, some new building objects have found their way into the game. You can set up your base at a dizzy height or directly above the water. On top of that, you can also connect your individual buildings from tree to tree with bridges or use these bridges to build paths across the many rivers and gorges.
In addition, a new weapon has been added, the two-handed stone axe, which you can now use to target your opponents in melee combat. If you prefer not to have visitors, you can now make doors out of bamboo or wood. As a final point, the developers have added the ability to completely remove all palm trees and scrub.

BUG FIXES
- Big Stones no longer disappear when being carried on longer distances,
- Ropes on trees respawn more frequently,
- Players are now able to pick up heavy objects while diving,
- Tribesmen and animals can no longer walk through walls,
- Fixed translation errors in Turkish version,
- Ladders should no longer block the way when built near a doorway,
- Players can now properly see dirt on other players’ bodies in co-op sessions,
- Placing frames on upper levels of custom buildings should be more convenient now,
- Fishermen’s water slot should no longer disappear after reloading,
- Players should be able to snap other constructions to Fires (Small Fire and Campfire),
- Removed an overscaled plant from Spirits of Amazonia 3 area,
- Arrow buttons for turning pages in the Notebook are no longer transparent,
- Pressing ‘T’ no longer brings out radio during renaming animals or plants in the Story Mode,
- HUD displayed during placing items into constructions should now be snapped to the center of the screen,
- Changed the position of ‘Name’ option in the expand menu,
- Ghost placing mode no longer turns off after placing a single ghost.
