PUBG Corp. has finally revealed a release date for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds on the Xbox One. It will be released as part of the Microsoft's Xbox Game Preview program. Eagerly waiting console gamers will not have to wait long to hunt for the famous chicken dinner. There will also be exclusive Xbox One content.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is scheduled for release on the Microsoft console on December 12th in the form of an early access title. Players can expect to pay around the £30 mark for the game. In addition, the Xbox One version stands a few updates behind the Steam version, but according to PUBG Corp. CEO Chang Han Kim, this will not be for long.

Exclusive content will hopefully give the Xbox players a reason to play PUBG on the console, even if the version is not up to date. The exclusive content includes three new player skins:
Brendan Greene continues his statement of releasing the finished version of PUBG later this year but this is not set in stone. Kim also says:
"Our team is working hard to make the PC release Available later this year."
The previously announced desert map should be added to the final cut and that's not all. The team also plans to provide years of support through updates, optimisations and bug fixes after the release.
