This is what's going on: On December 22nd, update 2.2 for Tower of Fantasy will be released. This brings the game one month after the release of 2.1 closer to the Chinese version, which is waiting for version 2.4.
Update 2.2 is all about fun. Foremost, the party district in Mirroria City will open, and you will be able to experience some actions, which are mainly meant to pass the time. But also two new SSR characters join the game, which you already know.

With update 2.2 “Mirafleur Moonshade” Mirroria City gets a lot bigger. The party district will be opened, and you will not only be able to find more gold and black nucleus in the big city but also fulfill many more side quests.
The city also offers a complete racetrack, new vehicles, and the Live House, a disco where you can dance with other players to cyberpunk music. On top of that, you can go bowling in the entertainment district. Update 2.2 is all about fun!
Of course, there is no new Tower of Fantasy update without more characters. Two new SSR characters join the game that you already know from the story; Lyra and Tian Lang!
This is Lyra: Lyra is the administrator of the Maidelin Foundation. She is cold, mature, and unassuming, so few people know about her. Lyra doesn't care about trivial matters, but when things get serious, she lends a hand.
