That’s what’s happening: The third playtest of Dark and Darker is breaking its records daily. More than 60,000 players are playing the Bock Heavy Extraction RPG simultaneously. Currently, there are two different levels in Dark and Darker, each with two different maps. This article will show you all four maps with some markers to make your life easier. All Maps of the Two Levels in Dark and Darker
Even if the different levels don’t differ much visually, there are some memorable points that you should recognize on your adventures in the dungeon. On top of that, it’s extremely important to know what awaits you in the room behind the next door. If you ever need to quickly run away from the zone with too many enemies or other players, playing in a room with particularly strong enemies is not advisable. So it’s best to memorize which enemies are in which room.
Maps to the First Level
The first level, where you currently start your adventure in the dungeon, is already the second level of the game. However, the developers deliberately omitted the first level from the playtest not to show the players all the content directly. This way, you still have some things to discover at release that you may never have seen before.
Maps to the Second Level
Logically, this is the third level. As you can see from the maps, this level is much smaller than the previous one. In addition, the dreaded bosses, much stronger enemies, and a lot of loot are waiting for you here, as long as you are well-armed enough to survive there. It would be best if you didn’t underestimate enemies here because almost everyone can be very dangerous.
