Cooking is a big part of your tasks in Disney Dreamlight Valley, with various recipes available. One of them is the 3-star Seared Rainbow Trout recipe. Our guide will show you how to get the ingredients for the okra soup and everything you need to know.
What do you get out of cooking in Dreamlight Valley? Villagers often request a dish as one of their three special gift wishes, significantly boosting the friendship level. In addition, by cooking for the villagers in Remy’s restaurant, you will easily level up your friendship. On top of that, you can sell the dishes to Goofy’s stores for coins, which you can use to improve the village.
You can also complete your Dreamlight quests by cooking various star dishes along the way, which earns you Dreamlight.
To prepare seared rainbow trout once, you will need the following ingredients:
Rainbow Trout: You can fish for rainbow trout in the Peaceful Meadow or in the Forest of Valor. If you have several rainbow trout, you can sell them for 50 coins or eat them for +300 energy.
Tomato: You can purchase tomatoes or tomato seeds at Goofy's stand on the beach. Tomato seeds take 25 minutes to grow before you can harvest them. You can sell the harvested tomatoes for 22 coins, or eat them, which gives you +21 energy.
Onion: You can get onions or onion seeds at Goofy's stand in the Forest of Valor. Onions take 1 hour, and 15 minutes to grow. You can sell them for 170 coins or eat them to get +146 energy.
After you have prepared the seared rainbow trout, you can sell it for 338 coins at Goofy's stalls, or you can eat it to get + 889 energy.
