For some essential quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need Citrines. Also, there are several things you can make from them, and they sell well. We'll tell you how to find citrines.
What it’s about: Citrines are among the gems in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Apart from several tasks, such as "Shine a Light" the quest in which you have to make three sunlight torches for Mother Gothel, you can do several other things with the rare resource. On top of that, they can be sold for some star coins in case you run short. You should read on if you want to know how to find the coveted gems.
Citrines, like all gems, can be found in the black ore deposits on the edges of the regions - so-called rock patches. However, the area where you mine the ore deposits determines which gems you can find.
Even if you are in the right area, you won't find a gemstone or a citrine in every ore deposit, as they have a low chance of being found when mining an ore deposit. We have already shown you how to improve your yield and farm more gems in another guide.
Tip: You can also find shining citrines that sell for many times the normal price of citrines. So if you are short of money, it is worth to "farm" them a little. Also, keep a box for all the gems and some specimens.
You should note that: To get to the Sunlit Plateau, you need a total of 7,000 x Dreamlight. However, the visit to the plateau is very worthwhile because you will not only find citrine there, but you can also mine bone deposits after completing the quest "Bone Breaking" from Scar.
