Once you reach friendship level 10 with Woody in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll be able to talk to Woody to start his final quest, “The Enlightenment”.
This is what the quest is about: Woody wants to completely restore the carousel. While examining the carousel, he noticed that the lights have started to flicker, the cause of which, according to Woody, is the toy chest. He needs your help.
Woody’s Quest “The Enlightenment”: Childhood Memories
After activating the quest, your first task is to go into the carousel and examine the toy chest. Once you have done this, a diary page will appear that states:
… a toy chest full of childhood memories of the villagers … turn on the lights of the carousel … love to see Merlin’s magic at work …
Collect Childhood Memories of the Villagers
After you discover the diary page, talk to Woody. The conversation will reveal the villagers you need to talk to and collect childhood memories from.
- Kristoff: From Kristoff, you will receive a small troll figurine.
- Vaiana: Vaiana hands you a shell.
- Arielle: Arielle gives you a music box.
After collecting the three objects of childhood memories, give them to Woody.
Build the Ceiling Castle in Dreamlight Valley and complete the quest
After you’ve given Woody the villagers’ items, he’ll explain the next quest you have to complete: build a ceiling castle.
For this ceiling castle, you must first gather the following materials together:
- 40x softwood
- 5x Cotton
- You can get it at Goofy’s stand on the Sunny Plains. Has a growth time of 25 minutes.
- 5x Glass
- It is made from sand on a workbench.
- 4x Fabric
- Made from cotton at a workbench.
- 4x Rope
- Made from fibers at a workbench
After you have gathered all the materials, you can build the ceiling castle on a workbench. Dress up playfully and place the blanket castle in the village where you like it.
Finally, take a picture with Buzz and Woody in front of the ceiling castle and follow Woody to the carousel, which he could now repair. Talk to Woody and finish the quest.
