Next, you need to relate an Old Tin Box to Sad Woman at Spare Time Book Shop. Her old memories are in the box, and she will give you the Jar of Dragonic Tears as a thank you.
The last step is to take a Bottle of Draconic Tears to Howard. This is a foreigner who is interested in the local culture, and he will gladly accept Draconic Tears. As a reward for completing the quest, you will receive 10 Stellar Jade, 10 Strale, and 5,000 Credits.
