Starfield has a pronoun change feature, which can definitely help validate transgender, non-binary, and genderfluid players. It’s an uncomplicated process, as it should be, so follow these simple instructions to change your pronouns in Starfield.
The game features He/Him, She/Her, and They/Them pronouns which you initially get to pick at the start of the game when customizing your character. If you feel like your previously picked pronouns don’t quite fit you, you can always change them.
It can be done anytime at the Enhance! Clinic, which is located in the New Atlantis City Commercial District. Speak to Warner Connell and pick the first dialogue option, which is to make use of his services.
After picking this option, you will be taken to the character customization menu. In this menu, apart from changing your pronouns, you can change your face, body type, skin tone, and many more. To proceed to the name and pronouns change stage, click “Finish.”

Here, you’ll have to either enter a new name or your old one. Then, click on the “Pronouns” option. This will change your pronouns. Keep clicking until you get the one you prefer.
