To level up Fitness, you need to use all available oxygen 20 times. You may have thought that you have to use the O2 bar only, but in fact, you also have to fill the red CO2 bar completely. The fastest way to do this is to get to the subway, then run and jump around until you run out of oxygen. Then get on the subway and go to any station and while you’re on the way, your oxygen will be restored. Repeat this until the Fitness level is up.
