The tombstones can be found in the southeastern part of the map, in Lower City near the Elfsong Tavern at the following coordinates X:90 Y:15. You may need to unlock the door, but people around won't be happy, so use the invisibility spell before that.
Enter the building and visit the last room. Pay attention to the painting "Butterfly on Skull" and, if you had this quest, remember the note you saw on the body of the already dead clown Dolor that read "If entry down below is your goal, seek trigger hidden by a frame." Interact with the painting and then press the button. You will see a door on the left. Choose the “Speak the pass phrase: Sicarius” option to open the secret entrance.
When you enter the temple, go down the stairs, turn right, and go straight. The correct door will be located on the right. That Which Guards will meet you at the entrance to the Bhaalist Tribunal. You must answer: "I killed to be here - and took the victim's hand as proof". After that, you can speak with Sarevok Anchev, the main antagonist of the first part of Baldur's Gate.
