In this guide, we'll show you how to get Bloodthirst in Baldur’s Gate 3. To own this legendary weapon, you'll need to take it by force from Orin at the Bhaal Temple location.
The Bloodthirst is one of the legendary daggers in the game. Its features are that it is lightweight and easy to hide, and it has Improved Critical strikes, which will be especially useful if you play as a rogue.
You can get Bloodthirst during the quest Get Orin's Netherstone in 3 Act, and for this, you need to visit the Bhaal Temple, which will require you to go through the long path.
When you enter the Bhaal Temple, a cutscene with Orin will begin. After that, you need to defeat her to get valuable items, including Bloodthirst. The battle will be difficult, so be sure to prepare well, take a long rest, and take a character with spells such as Guidance.
Orin transforms into a deadly Slayer form with heavy attacks. If you are a Dark Urge character, the fight will be one-on-one unless you decide to use one of your companions or attack one of the cultists. Use Stunning Strike, followed by Flurry of Blows, which will block Orin's attacks, and you will deal a lot of damage. And if you use a different character, not Dark Urge, then make sure to kill all the cultists first.
