If you're a veteran of Call of Duty's DMZ gamemode, this mission shouldn't be difficult for you, as it only requires you to open 25 loot containers. However, if you're new to the game, read on below where we'll explain the easiest way to find these loot caches and complete this mission.
The best and easiest way to accomplish this mission is to simply loot houses. There are many different buildings on the map of Urzikstan, each of which is full of various loot caches. Just search each room and open the caches, and this mission will be completed in no time. We suggest you use a vehicle when completing this mission, as it will help you move around the map faster to find these loot caches.
You can also visit the strongholds, as these are places where you are guaranteed to find a ton of loot chests. However, be careful because the strongholds are infested with zombies, and to get to the valuable loot chests, you will first need to clear them out and destroy their nests.
Another way to find some loot caches is to run a weapon's stash contract and loot the marked location on your map. These contracts will guide you to enemy weapon stashes, which are usually surrounded by crates and loot boxes that can help you complete your mission.
Keep in mind that the Treasure Hunter mission requires you to open all 25 loot caches by yourself. Any chests or crates opened by your teammates won't count towards your progress. Once you complete this tier 1 mission, you'll earn 1500 XP and the Instant Insanity weapon sticker for customization.
