In intense battles, you shouldn’t be distracted, and you shouldn’t hesitate, so it would be nice to have every item in quick access. Fortunately, Starfield, like many modern games, has this feature, you just need to know how to use it.
Starfield: How to Quick Swap Weapons
To use this feature, you first need to assign a weapon to a Quickslot. You can assign up to twelve items in total.
- Go to your inventory and select the Weapons tab.
- Select a weapon and press Y on Xbox or B on PC.
- The Quickslot menu will pop up where you can assign the weapon. On PC, you can do this by pressing the number keys and on Xbox, use the D-pad.
