Leveling up Sneaking is a good way to improve it, but you can also get some nice buffs for this skill with special gear. One of them can be obtained by completing the Sabotage mission. So next, we will show you how to get the Operative Suit in Starfield.

Finding the Operative Suit can be quite tricky, as you'll need to take some actions to unlock a series of quests that includes the Sabotage mission. For this, you will need to do a bunch of quests for Ryujin Industries.

First, you will need to start a series of quests from Ryujin Industries. You can do this by heading to Neon or New Atlantis and finding the Ryujin Industries Terminal. We recommend starting in Neon, as your next step will need to be completed here.

Once you have found the terminal, you need to interact with it and select the Job Application option. Next, you will need to answer the questions that appear on the screen and make sure you provide the best information about yourself, such as the fact that you have a Master's degree or no criminal history. Once you have done everything correctly, you will be invited to a job interview at Ryujin Industries.

After you pass the interview, a huge 13-part quest line will open up for you. Here is a list of them:

  • Back to the Grind
  • One Step Ahead
  • A New Narrative
  • Access is Key
  • Sowing Discord
  • Accidents Happen
  • Maintaining the Edge
  • Top Secrets
  • Background Checks
  • Guilty Parties
  • The Key Ingredient
  • Sabotage
  • Executive Level

You will need to follow various assignments, ranging from working to improve your ranks to corporate espionage. For completing these tasks, you will be paid well with credits, and when you reach the penultimate part, namely the Sabotage quest, you will get an Operative Suit. You will be given this suit in order to complete the next mission task, but you can simply keep it without having to continue. However, keep in mind that by doing so, you will avoid the opportunity to earn 13500 credits.

In addition to looking very fancy and cool, it will also give you a 25% bonus to your Stealth, which will be extremely helpful.
