Once on the rock with the Gutanbac Shrine, interact with the green-blue holography in front of the boulder. This will then open up. Once you enter, head to the far wall of the room. Stand under the patterned ceiling tiles and use the Ultra Hand's Ascend ability.

The ring patterns under stone blocks or slabs signal that you can levitate through them.

To your right you see a few stone blocks on the wall, which are also patterned and accordingly "permeable". You know what you have to do: Get to the top. Once you've defeated the robot, use your weapon to cut the two ropes to lower the stone "drawbridge" a little higher up. Then stand underneath it and use the Ascend ability to levitate upwards again.

On the next level, if you direct your gaze upward, you'll see a static stone slab and, below it, a moving one. Again, you'll have to float up through the slabs, but to climb up through the moving slab, you'll also have to move - stupidly, facing up toward the bottom of the slab, because that's where you'll have to place the Climb skill's target marker.

It works the same way for the upper plate. And that's it, one floor higher you'll get another light blessing at the shrine and can then move on.
