Malanya lives in one of the five large blooms that are scattered throughout the game world. The other four are where the great fairies live. The flower of the Horse God is located in the northeast of the continent between the Tumlea Hights and the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab.
When you reach the bud, you must coax the Horse God out of it. For this you will need a endura carrot. If Malanya does not appear, travel to any stable and spend a night in a Malanya bed. You will need 7 stable points and 50 rupees.
Once you have given the endura carrot to the Horse God, you can strengthen almost all horses. There are a few special horses where no enhancement is possible. For all other mounts, there are four categories that you can improve:
Each attribute can be upgraded to a total of five stars. However, for each upgrade, as well as for reviving a horse, Malanya will ask you for something in return in the form of various cooked dishes. Once you have slept in a Malanya bed in a stable and listened to the divination, all recipes will be available to you.
