Hyrule, the world of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, is packed with monsters, chests, items, and much more. With the Sensor Plus, you can super easily find precisely the things you're looking for.
Here's the deal: You can get two different sensors in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can get both of them from Robelo during several quests. While you can “only” locate all shrines with the normal sensor, the Sensor Plus will help you find any monster, item, or plant you want. This guide will show you how to get the Sensor Plus and how it works.

Before you can get the Sensor Plus, you must first get the normal sensor. How to do that is explained in detail in our guide “How to find the Shrine Sensor”. So if you don't have it yet, follow our step-by-step guide there.
Once you've received the first sensor from Robelo, you'll need to talk to him again and select “Sensor +” from the dialog suggestions.
Robelo will then give you the task of taking photos of five different monsters. It doesn't matter which enemies you choose, as long as they are five different ones. When you have taken the images, return to Robelo and talk to him again. That's all done, and the Sensor Plus is yours.
With the Sensor Plus, you can find anything you want in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. All you have to do is tell the sensor what exactly you're looking for. This can be certain monsters, plants, or chests. Proceed as follows:
Tip: We have a little trick for you, so you don't have to take a photo of everything first. In the Hateno Institute, where you get the Sensor Plus from Robelo, you will find a glowing blue device on the table.
With this device, you can buy photos of just about everything that exists in Hyrule. With it, you can set your sensor to look at anything, even if you've never seen the object you want.
