Also, you can use already completed shrines for fast travel, which lets you travel between areas much faster. You can expect to find over 150 shrines in TotK's game world.

You can find Ishodag Shrine in the Hyrule Fields, west of the Quarry Ruins. The exact location coordinates are as follows:
Below you will find the nearest Skyview Tower, Temple, or Shrines that you can use for fast travel if you already unlocked them to get to the Ishodag Shrine faster.
Location of the Ishodag Shrine
Walk down the hall of the Ishodag Shrine, where you will find a fan on the floor. Place the fan on the floor so that the wind current flows upwards and activates it by hitting it. Jump into the air stream and let your glider take you up into the air, from where you can fly to the next level.
On the next level, you have to build a boat from the board and the fan that you find there. Place the fan at the end of the boat and turn it until the wind current flows away from the boat. Then drive the boat across the water to the other side.
Remove the fan from the boat and attach it to the moving plate with the wind blowing towards the wall, causing it to move upwards. Then use “Ascend” to get onto the plate and loot the chest there.
Now run to the elevator and attach the two fans you find in front of it on both sides, with the wind blowing towards the ground. Activate the fans with one hit and go up to the top, where you will find yourself in front of the exit, which means that you have successfully completed the Ishodag Shrine.
