The Jinodok Shrine is on a sky island in the South Hyrule Sky Archipelago.
Once you activate the shrine, a quest script tells you to seek a crystal. Thankfully, the way to get there is shown to you by a green beam. To follow the light, you need to reach the neighboring Sky Island.
You can do this by using the stone figure at the island's edge as a control. With it, you can align the Stone Island so that it forms a bridge to the other Sky Island, and you can walk across.
There you will find the green crystal. Once you have carried the glowing stone to the shrine, the familiar entrance will appear in the form of a large egg.
Inside, on the direct way to the exit, no more puzzles await you but a chest with a diamond inside.
