The Makurukis Shrine is located in the Hyrule Ridge, close to the Mount Rhoam and the Tabantha Great Bridge. The exact coordinates of its location are as follows:

How to Master the Makurukis Tutorial Shrine in Zelda: TotK
In the Makurukis Shrine, you will have to do a tutorial that will help you to improve your archery skills. Because of this, you won’t have to solve any puzzles in this shrine. The first enemy is already waiting for you inside the shrine. You will have to shoot him in the head with a bow and arrow to improve your aim and to advance to the next lesson.
- Note: You can only attack with your bow to do damage.
Once you hit the enemy in the head, the next lesson begins, in which you have to face two more enemies that you must eliminate with a headshot from your bow and arrow. Once you finish all three enemies, the door will open, through which you will reach a chest and exit, which means that you have successfully completed the shrine.
