Our guide about the Oromuwak Shrine will show you where you can find it, in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and how you are able to successfully complete it, including getting all the chests.

What this guide is about: In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, shrines are like small dungeons, and by completing them, you’ll get valuable loot and abilities. Also, you can use already completed shrines for fast travel, which lets you travel between areas much faster. You can expect to find over 150 shrines in TotK’s game world.

If you don’t know exactly where to start looking, check out our interactive map or the guide to the locations of all shrines. If you are looking for a specific shrine, you can easily find it and other helpful guides in our sorted guide overview.

How to Master the Oromuwak Shrine in Zelda TotK

Before you can even approach the shrine, you have to remove the thorny vines that have grown around the Oromuwak shrine by shooting fire fruits at them. The thorns will burn down, which allows you to go to the shrine and enter it.

Burn the thorns to gain access to the Oromuwak Shrine.

After entering the shrine, you will find two rockets on your right, a ramp, and a target on your left. Place one of the two rockets in the middle of the ramp and activate it with a punch so that it flies against the target. The target will turn green after the rocket hit it, and the door to the next room will open.

Get the Chest of the Oromuwak shrine

Take both rockets that are available to you in this room to the next room and attach them to the cart in the middle as follows:

  • Attach Rocket 1 to the front of the carriage in a vertical position.
  • Attach Rocket 2 to the rear of the scale in a horizontal position.

Get into the cart and activate the rockets with by hitting them, whereupon they will catapult you upwards with the help of the rails, where you have to open your glider to glide to the platform with the chest.

Go down to the level directly beneath the chest and place the cart on the ramp. Then, at the back of the cart, attach two rockets and activate them with one hit after you sat down inside. With this cart, you will then fly to the other side, where you will find the exit of the shrine, which signals that you have completed it.
