At the top of the Ukouh shrine, interact with the green-blue holography in front of the boulder. The boulder will open. Once you enter, a ghost will give you the Ultra Hand. Use it directly on the large stone slab on the right; in other words, lift it and place it over the chasm in front.
On the middle platform, grab the slab again and place it near you so that there is plenty of space around it. Now take the other stone slab, place it lengthwise in front of or behind the first one and then press the button for "Connect". Of course, you'll place the resulting giant bridge over the next chasm.
The fact that you can also use the bridge to reach the treasure chest at the back right of the hall is surely self-explanatory. In the next hall, place the wooden plate leaning against the wall on the floor. Now place a large iron hook on it and connect it to the plate.
And now? You've built a historic cable car gondola, of course, which you place on the iron top rail to your right. Get in your cab and approach the small shrine, where you touch another holograph. That's it, you'll receive another light blessing and then you can move on.
