Overview: Despite its name "Health," the latest update for Arma Reforger offers more than just health-related content. It includes new vehicles, combat mechanics, and quality-of-life improvements. However, the main focus is on the new medical system, and we'll explain all about it.
With the new medical system, you can examine wounded soldiers for their injuries and provide them with various medical items once you've identified their wounds. In addition to bandages, there are now three new medical items:
Additionally, characters no longer die instantly from severe wounds. Instead, they fall unconscious and can be revived by team members.
The update introduces two new vehicles, one for each faction. Both vehicles serve the purpose of providing medical assistance at the frontlines or quickly evacuating wounded soldiers. A particularly exciting feature is that you can load injured soldiers into the vehicle, then hop in the back and administer first aid during the ride.

To reduce the risk of severe injuries, you can use the new and updated vests and helmets. The developers at Bohemia Interactive have adjusted vests and helmets to respond differently to various calibers or grenades in the Health Update for Reforger.

With the new Arma Reforger Health Update, you can now rest your weapons. This feature even works without a bipod. Simply approach an object like a crate, press the interaction key, and your weapon will be rested. This provides much higher shooting stability and significantly reduces recoil.
