The DayZ map Livonia gets a new look and players can look forward to more than 50 new and improved locations and points of interest. We flew over the entire map and photographed all the new locations for you, and summarize them now.
With the upcoming new DayZ Update 1.19, the developers are reworking the DLC map Livonia to make it more interesting for players. You’ve probably heard about the underground bunkers, but what about the other two dozen-plus new locations available on Livonia?
All the new places and attractions on Livonia in DayZ 1.19
What do you have to be excited about? Overall, Livonia remains the same at its core, with the abandoned locations in the center map, the forests in the south, and the farmland in the north remaining fundamentally the same. However, the developers have put a lot of effort into filling previously uninteresting villages or redesigning the nature in Livonia.
- New theme parks
- Self-built settlements in the forests
- Camps at lakes
- Quarries
- unique factories & power plants
- New layouts and buildings for cities.
- Much more
All revised locations on Livonia in 1.19
New cities: many of the cities in the north now have slab buildings (apartment buildings), which should even spawn loot with the upcoming patch. You’ll also find many of the luna parks with Ferris wheels and bumper cars. The revamped cities include:
- Lukow – Lunapark, Camp of survivors.
- Topolin – apartments
- Tarnow – apartments
- Brena – Lunapark, Medical Center,
- Grabin – apartments, sunken factory
- Adamov – Lunapark
- Zapadlisko – More overgrowth, destroyed Lunapark
- Gieraltov – Lunapark
- Sitnik – Apartments, Lunapark
- Nadbor – apartments, destroyed Lunapark, military removed for industrial (equally exciting)
Airfield: The airfield in the north of Livonia is now a static toxic zone, so you’ll need an NBC suit and good tactics to loot here. A visit to the airfield now pays off tremendously, though, because there is a new field hospital in the main hangar. This camp turns out to be the best place to get medical loot and the new punch cards for the bunker.

Underground Bunker: In the map corner in the southwest, you will find the new bunker, where there is Tier 4 Loot. To enter you need one of the new punch cards and inside you can expect puzzle passages as well as loot. In our guide, we really tell you everything about the bunkers!
Summer Camps: All over Livonia you can now find the summer camps known from Chernarus. Here you can find hunting equipment and weapons. You can find the camps at the following locations:
- West of Bielawa, located between track & lake.
- South of Zalesi, located by the lake.
- North of Gieraltow, located in the forest along the red trail.
- Southeast of Kulno, located by the lake along the red trail.
New towns: In order to fill the partly extremely empty and frankly boring south of Livonia, some completely new towns are created here. These are small villages, which are located in the Tier 3 zone for this purpose. The new towns in Livonia from Update 1.19 include:
- Sarnówiek: South of Adamow and west of Nadbor, the developers expand a small nameless settlement into its own village. South of Sarnowiek you will find a small pub and some residential buildings.
- Konopki: Located north of Kulno Farm, Konopki fills a large gap on Livonia. Directly south, along the red trail, you’ll find the new summer camp mentioned above.
Deforested Areas & Sawmills: There are now cleared forest areas all over Livonia. These are meant to further break up the uniform game world. Some of these areas are extremely large and just invite campers on hills to stay here. In some places you’ll also find sawmills, which logically store a lot of wood — a good place to gather boards for a base.
Quarries: New quarries have been created. In the southwest, you’ll find one of the largest like this, with a lake formed at its base. In Livonia there are several of these places, but one, in particular, stands out: the Nadbor Quarry, inserted to replace the military camp in Nadbor. This quarry is gigantic, and you’ll find huge excavators and trucks. Some of these dump trucks are great for an impregnable base.
Other new places: In many places, the developers have adjusted the vegetation and placed occasional huts. You can also find the survivor camps more often in the forests of Livonia now. The terrain also got a fresh polygon makeover and is now less smooth and uniform — comparable to the west in Chernarus.
That’s all the new additions to the Livonia map that come to the game with DayZ Update 1.19. Do you have any questions, or did we miss some places, let us know in the comments or in our DayZ group on Facebook!
