First, you need these resources in Conan Exiles

To make the Hardened Steel in Conan Exiles, you need some resources. You should already have these at your level.

• Steel Bar: Combine Steel Fire and Iron Bars to get Steel Bars.

This is how the Hardened Steel is made

Now, to make the Hardened Steel, you pack two Steel Bars and one Black Ice into the oven. These two resources then become a Hardened Steel Bar. Very simple!
