Best Vampiric Powers in Diablo 4

Metamorphosis
When a player Evades, they turn into a cloud of bats and become Unstoppable for 4 seconds. During this time, enemies receive 160% Physical damage, and a Vampiric Curse is applied to them. This is one of the most useful Vampiric Powers, as it makes the player untouchable and deals a lot of damage. Metamorphosis can be obtained by completing the A Serpent Cornered quest.
Prey on the Weak
You deal 16% more damage to vulnerable enemies. Enemies become Vulnerable when they are affected by the Vampire Curse from your other vampire abilities. When combined with other abilities, these Vampiric Powers become much more powerful than it seem. Prey on the Weak is very affordable and useful. You have to spend 25 Potent Blood in the Seasonal tab to get it.
Hemomancy
Your attacks deal 20% of your maximum life as physical damage to nearby enemies. This ability can be used every 4 seconds and will restore 1% of your HP for each enemy you damage. So, its advantages include fast cooldown, health recovery, and high damage, which makes Hemomancy a unique Vampiric Power. To get Hemomancy, you need to spend Potent Blood.
