Diablo 4 has been launched, and PlayStation players in particular, are having problems logging in. Some players report the error “Unable to Find Valid License”, which prevents them from entering the ARPG. We tell you what you can do about it.
This is what's going on: Blizzard's ARPG Diablo 4 has only just started in Early Access, and already the first reports are piling up that PlayStation players are not getting into the game. The problem is allegedly due to a non-existent license, and the error message “Unable to Find Valid License” appears on the screen. We tell you what you can do about it.
Some players report being denied access to Diablo 4 on the PlayStation. This is due to the “Unable to Find Valid License” error, which is not easy to fix. There's not much you can do about it except one thing; renew your licenses in your account settings. Here's how you do that:
On the PlayStation 4:
On the PlayStation 5:
This should probably fix the problem. However, since this is a server-side error, there is nothing else you can do about it. This error already existed in the Diablo 4 beta, and the developers know about it. However, there is no official solution for it yet. The official Blizzard forum states:
"It is unfortunately a known issue caused by server issues on our end. Unfortunately, there is no solution that you as a player can do here. We can only ask for your patience until this is fixed."
We hope this solution could still help you and that you can now enjoy Diablo 4 to the fullest.
