This Disney Dreamlight Valley Quest Guide will show you what Anna's second friendship quest, “Lost Loves and Missing Memories”, is about and how to complete it successfully.
This is what Anna's quest is about: To save Dreamlight Valley, Kristoff had to give up all his memories of his beloved Anna. With your help, she wants to bring back his memories of their time together so they can reconnect.
After you have reached friendship level 4 with Anna, you can talk to her to start her second friendship quest. She tells you how hard it is for her that she is just a stranger to Kristoff and that there must be something he remembers. In a conversation with Kristoff, she wants to find out whether he might remember her a little. Follow Anna to the conversation with Kristoff and listen to them talking.
In their conversation, Kristoff remembers climbing the cliffs near the dazzling beach with someone. Anna is pleased and says that they used to mount the cliffs together often. Unfortunately, Kristoff remembers everything except Anna.
After the conversation, you have to talk to Anna, and she is pleased that not all of his memories have disappeared and wants to try to remind him of everything they have experienced together. To accomplish this, you must search for Kristoff's climbing equipment on the dazzling beach.

You will find Kristoff's climbing equipment on the dazzling beach in front of the cliffs bordering the Forest of Valor, near the entrance to the grotto where you first met Ursula.
Location of Kristoff's Climbing Equipment
Take Kristoff's climbing equipment to Anna and talk to her. As the equipment is quite broken, Anna doesn't think Kristoff remembers much, so she asks you to help her repair it.
To be able to repair the climbing equipment, you must now obtain, collect, or craft the following materials:
How to make fabric:
Fabric: You can make this from 5x cotton, the seeds of which you can buy on the sunny plain at Goofy's stand. You have to wait 25 minutes before harvesting.
After you have collected or produced all these materials, you can repair Kristoff's broken climbing equipment on a workbench.
Take the repaired climbing equipment to Anna and talk to her. Witness Anna and Kristoff's conversation, in which Anna gives Kristoff his equipment. After that, Kristoff remembers a girl with red hair, with whom he laughed a lot. To finish the quest, talk to Anna one last time.
