For one or the other quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley you need iron bars. We'll show you how to make the material.
When you do the quests for your Disney friends, sooner or later one of them will ask you to bring him iron bars. Goofy's quest "The mysterious wreck" would be one such example. To complete Goofy's quest you will need iron bars as well as hardwood and clay.

As for all other crafting materials, there is a recipe for crafting iron ingots in Disney Dreamlight Valley. To craft an iron ingot, you will need:
Once you have enough resources to craft your desired number of iron bars, you just need to go to your workbench. Here you select iron ingots under "Refined Material".
Of course, you won't be able to craft iron ingots if you don't have the two materials mentioned above that you need for crafting. Therefore, below we will show you where to find iron ore and coal ore in the game.
For coal ore, you'll need to use your pickaxe to mine the black stone deposits that you can find throughout the world of Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Iron ore also requires you to work the black stone deposits with your pickaxe. Unlike coal ore, however, you can only find iron ore in five regions:
Whether and how much iron ore you get when mining with your pickaxe depends on chance. When you have mined all the stone deposits, you must wait for the stone deposits to spawn again.
