What is the mission? In the quest, your goal is to bring two folders named "Medical Record 1" & "Medical Record 2" to Therapist. These folders are officially supposed to contain data about a possible vaccine against a new flu pathogen, but apparently important data about TerraGroup Labs is also hiding inside these folders. That's why the NPC trader Therapist asks you to find the two folders on the map reserve and tells you where they are. The location is the "White Bishop" building on Reserve in two locked rooms on the upper floor, for which you need the keys "RB-KSM" & "RB-SMP".

All tasks in the quest:

• Salvage the folder "Medical Record 1" on reserve.
• Salvage the folder "Medical Record 2" on reserve.
• Hand over the folder "Medical Record 1".
• Hand over the folder "Medical Record 2".

Finding Medical Record 1 & 2 and completing Disease History Quest

Finding the two folders is not the big problem at all in this quest. It will take more time to find the needed keys. The keys RB-KSM & RB-SMP don't have fixed spawn points, so jackets and the bags and backpacks of scavs are the best place to find them.

With luck you will spawn as a player-scav with one of the keys in your bag. If you are not lucky, you can buy both keys at the flea market. With both keys in your pocket, go to the Map Reserve, to the "White Bishop" building and collect both folders on the upper floor, now you just have to leave the raid alive to give Therapist the desired folders.
