With patch 1.13, the developers of Escape from Tarkov have added a bunch of new tasks to the game. One of these tasks is "The Delicious Sausage". In our task guide, we will help you finish the quest quickly.
Here's the deal: The current patch, 1.13, is probably the biggest Update in the Escape from Tarkov history. Not only the new and long-awaited map but Streets of Tarkov has also recently found its way into the game. Also, many new tasks have been added. A relatively early task from the trader Jaeger is called "The Delicious Sausage" and sends you to the new map. Since it's confusing, we'll help you find your way around and complete the task quickly.
While completing your various tasks, sooner or later, you will come across the task "The Delicious Sausage" at the merchant Jaeger. You will get it within the first few quests. The content of the task is to find a Salty Dog Beef Sausage and visit various stores on the Streets of Tarkov map. Since you probably don't know the new map yet, we have marked the important locations for you.
If you're still looking for the Salty Dog Beef Sausage, you should be a regular on Streets of Tarkov with your PMC or your Scav. You'll have a good chance of finding the coveted sausage in the stores you're supposed to visit as part of the task. But you can also find it in the various other buildings, as loot lying around, in duffle bags, or even in dead scavs.
| Info: You don't have to visit all the stores in one raid. You can also visit one store after another in different raids. You can turn in the task when you have visited all the stores. The progress will not be reset when you die. |
