What is the strange "532F6A9" all about?

The hexadecimal value is a combination of letters and numbers, for example "532F6A9". This folder contains your saved games. If you want to back them up, it's best to make a backup of the entire folder, because you'll probably want to keep your individual game settings (graphics, controls) as well.

Step-by-step instructions: Open the explorer and click on "Documents" in the left field ("This PC"). In the folder view, scroll down to the "Rockstar Games" folder if necessary. There you will find the "GTA V" folder, which contains the "Profiles" folder, among other things. This is where all of your player profile data is stored, including things like your customized graphics and control settings.

Under "Profiles" you'll see the aforementioned folder named with a hexadecimal value; this value is something like your individual identifier. So the name of that folder will be different for each player.

After graduating from high school, I initially wanted to study instrumental music. However, eventually I pursued a career as a video game journalist, which I started at the prestigious Ehapa-Verlag publisher, among others. Today, I share my extensive video game expertise with Guided. I benefit from over 40 years of experience with PC and console games, as well as my work in game development for the indie studio Knights of Bytes. I understand how video games work, and I also know how to convey my knowledge in an understandable manner.
