In this guide, we're going to show you how to get the Punch Drunk achievement in Baldur's Gate 3.
In Baldur's Gate 3, in addition to various story quests, you can get all sorts of interesting and funny achievements. Of course, they have little to no effect on the overall game progress, but for true RPG fans, getting all the achievements, even though they may sound ridiculous, is a must. Some players have difficulty completing this achievement, as it seems very challenging to kill 20 characters and have a drunken companion while doing so. However, by following our guide, you'll learn a trick that will help you get the achievement with ease.
When playing Act 3, you can find the Elfsong Tavern, which is located in the Lower City.
When you get there, you need to go down to the basement of the tavern, the stairs to which are in the kitchen. Before you get inside, you need to drink a bottle of alcohol.
Go down to the basement, and you will see numerous rats, which is accurately what you need because they have low HP. We recommend using Spirit Guardians or a massive AOE spell to be able to kill them all in one attack. Once you have killed them all, you will get the BG3 Punch Drunk achievement. Before completing all of these steps, we recommend that you save so that you can retry getting this achievement if you fail.

To get the Punch Drunk achievement in Act 1, you need to go to Goblin Camp. Climb the vines near the Druid Grove where you might have played Chase the Chicken in the past. You'll see some sleeping enemies at the top in the northern part of the camp.
After that, you need to save and ask one of your characters to drink alcohol. We recommend that you bring a Rogue class companion with you, as you will use his sneak attack to kill them one by one without waking anyone up. Also, you will need more alcohol for this method than the previous one, as its effect is quite short, and you will need to drink more to be able to get enough kills. Besides, it will take you more time.
