What can the guitar do? Funnily enough, the guitar is one of the weapons of Sons of the Forest. To be more precise, it is a melee weapon, but you can find it relatively late in the game. To reach it at all, you’ll need the maintenance key card.

Finding the Guitar in Sons of the Forest
If you have the maintenance key card and feel like smashing your opponents over the head in heavy metal style, you should head to the west of the island. There you can find the entrance to a cave. We’ve marked the exact spot on the map with a red X for you.
Go inside, and after a short while, the cave will turn into a bunker without you having to open a door. When you come to a room with a 3D printer, it’s time to turn left and run along the long corridor to its end.
Turn right there and run until you reach a door you can open using the maintenance key card. Behind the door, a sports room is waiting for you. Run along the left wall until you come to a kind of reception.
Go past it on the left and behind it through a glass door. Finally, you will come to a staircase that will lead you upstairs. At the top, you must walk in a straight direction again until you enter a nightclub. Inside you will find the guitar lying on the counter.
