In the anime MMO Tower of Fantasy, you must find ten developer logs on the artificial island to finish the first quest and finally unlock the housing. We tell you in our guide where you can find all ten and thus complete the quest.
That’s going on: Update 1.5 went online on September 15th and brings a big new area with the artificial island. But not only that, we can finally build our own base, but first, we have to complete the first quest and find ten developer logs that are well hidden.
All developer logs locations on the artificial island in Tower of Fantasy
| What you need to know: To get to the artificial island, you must reach level 50 and have certain quest progress. Only then can you take the transport helicopter to the island. |
In order not to wander around the big island for hours, we have marked all 10 locations on a map where you can find the developer logs. Afterward, we will tell you what you have to consider.
- The first developer log can be found near the island’s landing pad. Just run straight through the blue portal, and you’ll land right above the tablet to collect.
- Jump down the slope to the left of the landing pad. You will then find the protocol in the tall grass right next to the tree.
- To the east of the landing pad, you will find a large crashed spaceship under siege by bandits. On the spaceship, you will find the protocol under a canister, which you have to pick up and throw away beforehand.
- The fourth protocol is a bit tricky to achieve. On the map, we marked a second point, which is connected to number 4, where you can find a rock at the bottom of the cliff that you can destroy. A red portal will unlock, transporting you to a platform high in the sky, guarded by 4 treasure guards. There you will find the 4th protocol on one of the outer rings.
- Log #5 is north of the landing pad on an intersection very close to a Spacerift, often with a loot box next to it.
- Even further north, you will find an enemy base. Go up the stairs and jump onto the terrace on your right. There you will find three boxes that you destroy. The log is under the crates.
- To the west of the landing site, very close to the lake, you will find a small indentation in the rock. There is the 7th protocol.
- South of the 7th log, you will find another enemy base. Just run up the stairs on the right side. The log is then in the corner next to the Supply Pod II.
- To the west of the landing pad is the 9th log on the guidepost.
- In the south, you will find another base where you will find the log under a barrel you must pick up and throw away.

Very helpful guide! but some of the markers on the map are a bit far off from the log locations
It’s not 100% accurate because of the size. That’s why we explain the location of every log below.
This was super helpful, thanks! Don’t read the rest if you aren’t confused by #4 or if you want to do it pretty much yourself.
Two things that weren’t mentioned in the article that I want to point out are that the rock for #4 is located at the very bottom of the cliff, around (378.9, 303.8). The portal will drop you in the middle of four treasure guards which was not something I was prepared for lol! I also fell off the ring by accident due to lag and the red portal disappeared. I was able to switch channels to get it back again.
Oh damn. The Portal shouldn’t disappear normally. Maybe it was a bug or because of the lag. I will add the warning that there will be some danger at the portal destination.
