This is the Quickest Way to get Good Gear in DMZ
There are several ways to get gear in the DMZ game mode on the Al Mazrah map. For example, you can complete many missions, venture into particularly well-guarded areas, try to clean a stronghold or jump on the train and collect your equipment on the various wagons there.
Tip #01 – Follow the Damn Train
If you’re just starting, look for the moving train on the map. If you can reach the rails quickly and the train passes your area early, it is worth clearing out the crates on the individual wagons there first.

Tip #02 – Off to the Hospital
The hospitals in Al Mazrah are scattered all over the place. They can be recognized by their blue and white color scheme and a large blue shield with white lettering. There are many small medicine cabinets on the wall here. This allows you to collect essential resources for survival quickly.
