This guide about the Runakit Shrine will not only help you to find it in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, but will also show you how to complete it, while getting all the chests successfully.
What this guide is about: In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, shrines are like small dungeons, and by completing them, you'll get valuable loot and abilities. Also, you can use already completed shrines for fast travel, which lets you travel between areas much faster. You can expect to find over 150 shrines in TotK's game world.
If you don't know exactly where to start looking, check out our interactive map or the guide to the locations of all shrines. If you are looking for a specific shrine, you can easily find it and other helpful guides in our sorted guide overview. |
The Runakit Shrine is located in the Upland of Lindor, which is located in the area of Central Hyrule. Its exact location coordinates are as follows:
Below you can find the nearest Skyview Tower, temple, or shrines that you can use for fast travel if you have them already unlocked, to get to the Runakit Shrine faster.
Obstacle 1: Run into the shrine until you are in front of a chasm, over which you jump with the glider and thus stand in front of two ladders, which you climb up. At the top, you will see a ball and rails leading to the next platform. Put the ball on the rails, which will take it to the next platform, and follow it with your glider.
Obstacle 2: To get to the third platform, you have to connect the two small rods you saw on the right side while you flew over so that you have one long rod. You then attach this rod to the ball, which you place on the rails that lead to the next platform. Again, you can easily fly behind it with your glider. Chest at the third obstacle: To get the chest at the third obstacle, you need to place two right-angled floors on the rail leading to the stairs to the chest. You can then use them to get to the stairs and thus to the chest.
Obstacle 3: To conquer the third and last rail, you need the following components: one or two stones with right angles and some plates. Build them up as shown in the picture, attach the ball to them, and let it go over the rails to the other side. Jump behind it with your glider and place the ball in the circle which is provided for it. That will open the exit, and you will have completed the shrine.
