Here's Goo recipe.
Many players try to find Goo in the game world, but you can only craft this material. Its recipe looks like this:
Dirt is straightforward to get, you just need to dig it up with your pickaxe practically anywhere. Shroud Liquid is a little more difficult to get because you have to go to the Enshrouded area. Look for and cut down the mushrooms you see in the picture below. You can take Shroud Liquid from them.
Find this mushroom to get Shroud Liquid.
You can also collect this material from round mushrooms that look like a golf ball.
Bug Dust is the hardest to get. To do this, you have to find Ancient Vault - Alchemist to unlock this NPC. After that, complete the Alchemist quests until you get The Alchemist's Mortar quest. With the Mortar, the Alchemist will be able to craft new materials for you, one of which is Bug Dust.
To craft Bug Dust, in addition to Mortar and Alchemist, you have to find Critter Parts. Look for bugs in the Enshrouded area. They can be alone or cling to skeletons. Critter Parts also drop out of Spiders, which are usually hidden in various places underground, such as caves.
After collecting everything you need, you can go to the Alchemist so that he can craft Goo for you.
