Each Pal you catch can do certain jobs at your base, depending on their Work Suitability. We, in turn, wanted to create the perfect team to automate and maximize the efficiency of all processes at the base, so after a long search, we found the best Pals for all areas of work in Palworld.

Palworld: Best Pals to Work on Base

Pals are gathering resources.

To make your base grow faster and accumulate resources automatically, you need to take care of exploiting Pals with the highest possible Work Suitability level. In total, there are 12 different activities that your Pal can perform. To increase efficiency for each of the work areas, it is advisable to find Pals whose Work Suitability for a particular job reaches level 4. There are not many such Pals in the game, but we have found them for almost every job on the base. So, let's talk about them in more detail:

Watering	Jormuntide	Watering: Level 4	Catch as Alpha Boss level 45. Can be found in the water near the giant skeleton at the following coordinates: 350, -86. Get by breeding other Pals.
Generating Electricity	Orserk	Electricity: Level 4 Transporting: Level 3 Handiwork: Level 2	Catch it on the territory of No 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. Get by breeding other Pals.
Gathering	Frostallion Noct	Gathering: Level 4	Can only be obtained by breeding Pals such as Frostallion and Helzephyr.
Mining	Astegon	Mining: Level 4 Handiwork: Level 1	Can be caught as Alpha Boss level 48 in Destroyed Mineshaft at the following coordinates: -575, -420. Catch it on the territory of No 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. Get by breeding other Pals.
Cooling	Frostallion	Cooling: Level 4	Can be caught as Alpha Boss level 50 in snowy mountain region at the following coordinates: -355, 510.

As you can see, we didn't include farming in the list above. The fact is that there is not a single Pal above level 1. In addition, different Pals will produce different materials, so it's up to you to choose which one to use. If you want to increase your farming level, you can do so by fusing your Pals. This way you can also increase the level of other Work Suitability of your Pals, but it is expensive and time-consuming.
