At first, we didn't pay much attention to the Statue of Power, but then we realized that it's one of the best ways to improve Pals, so now we'll explain more about Statue of Power in Palworld.

Content of the guide: Next, you will learn what the Statue of Power is and how it will be useful for you and your Pals.

  • How to access the Statue of Power without building it.
  • How to build a Statue of Power and what resources are required.
  • How to upgrade your character using Statue of Power.
  • How to upgrade your Pals using Statue of Power.

Palworld: How to Access the Statue of Power

Palworld Desolate Church waypoint

You can visit Desolate Church to use the Statue of Power.

As mentioned above, the Statue of Power is a structure that you can use to increase your and your Pals' stats. We will explain this in more detail later, but for now, let's talk about how you can access it. In general, there are 2 methods: build it yourself or visit Desolate Church. Desolate Church is also the name of the waypoint that is located right next to the Statue of Power, so once you unlock it, you can use fast travel to visit this location often. In the screenshot above, you can see the exact location of the Desolate Church waypoint.

Palworld Statue of Power

You can also build the Statue of Power and place it where you want.

In our opinion, a much better alternative is to build the Statue of Power on your base. It's very easy and, as mentioned above, you can do it almost from the beginning. First, you will need to reach level 6 to access the Statue of Power unlock in the Technology tab. Once this is done, just unlock it for 2 Technology Points. Now, you can build this structure, provided you have the following resources:

  • Paldium Fragment x10
  • Stone x20

Once the Statue of Power is built, you can use it for your own purposes.

Palworld: How to Use Statue of Power

Palworld Statue of Power

Use Lifmunk Effigies to level up your Capture Power.

Statue of Power is used to improve the stats of you and your Pals. Here, you can only upgrade one stat of your character, the Capture Power. Statue of Power does not require Skill Points, but instead, you will need to spend Lifmunk Effigies.

Lifmunk Effigies are small glowing green statues that you can find while traveling around the world. After collecting a decent amount of them, you can spend them on a Statue of Power to level up Capture Power. With each new level, the number of Lifmunk Effigies you need to spend increases, and in total, for 10 levels, you will need to invest 173 of them. As you level up your Capture Power, you can catch new Pals much more easily and with a higher chance. This is especially useful if you want to catch a legendary Pal, so don't neglect to collect Lifmunk Effigies and level up your Capture Power.

Palworld Pals

Stats that you can upgrade with Statue of Power.

Now let's talk about using Statue of Power to improve your Pals. In this case, it's much more complicated, because you can upgrade more stats, and therefore it requires more resources. In general, there are 4 stats that you can upgrade for your Pals with Statue of Power:

  • Max HP
  • Attack
  • Defense
  • Work Speed

To improve each of them, you will need Pal Souls, which can be divided into 3 types:

  • Small Pal Soul
  • Medium Pal Soul
  • Large Pal Soul

To level up a certain Pal, you'll first need to recruit him to your team. Next, go to the statue and press the "V" key to open the Enhance Pals menu. Finally, here you can choose the desired Pal from your team and invest Pal Souls to upgrade the desired stat. With each new level, you will increase a certain stat by +3%. To reach the maximum level of at least one stat, you will need:

  • Small Pal Soul x10
  • Medium Pal Soul x6
  • Large Pal Soul x6

It doesn't look like much, but believe us, Pal Souls are not easy to find. The Small Pal Soul can be found on the ground as a glowing blue fire, in chests, or for killing or capturing certain Pals. The other two are dropped exclusively from certain Pals, but there have been cases where we've found Medium Pal Soul in Silver Chests.

If you invested all your Pal Souls in a Pal and then realized it was a mistake, don't worry. If you wish, you can reset all the stats of a particular Pal and get your Pal Souls back. This can be done in the Reset tab, but it will cost you gold, and the more Pal Souls you have invested, the higher the price will be.
