Echo of Hatred, a special dungeon in Diablo 4, is currently not accessible. However, this is not due to a bug, but rather the fullest developer intention. Here are the reasons.

Here's the deal: Echo of Hatred is a special dungeon in Diablo 4; it is located in Kehjistan and offers a level 100 challenge. But at the moment, several players report not being able to enter the nightmare underground. It is not possible to interact with the entrance to Echo of Hatred. The CM of Diablo explains the reason for the inaccessible dungeon.

The level 100 challenge has been temporarily disabled as Blizzard works to resolve some issues related to this encounter. Blizzard will inform the Diablo community as soon as the challenge is active again.

However, as of the afternoon of June 7, no further status update has been issued. Thus, access to Echo of Hatred remains blocked until further notice. As soon as there is a change in the matter, we will update this article.
