The DLC Phantom Liberty for Cyberpunk 2077 is about to be released. To mark the occasion, CD Projekt Red plans to give away some Twitch Drops in October, and here's how to get the free items for your character.
Here's the deal: Tomorrow, the first and only DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, Phantom Liberty, will be released. This is the reason for CD Projekt Red to launch several Twitch Drops in October, which you can get mainly by watching a Twitch streamer of your choice play Cyberpunk 2077.
Below, we reveal which items you can bag in this promotion, and which streamers will be participating in the Twitch Drop promotion. Some of these content creators are also said to have custom drops (i.e., yet unknown, individual items) to give away.
The items that developer CD Projekt will give away as part of the twitch drop action are special clothes for your character. The clothes in question are not exclusive items, by the way, but already known wardrobe.

Important: Update 2.0, which was applied on September 21, 2023, has made significant changes to the player character's clothing. Thus, from now on, clothing items no longer have useful status values, but have been degraded to purely cosmetic items. Thus, your clothes will be an eye-catcher at best.

To get the NUS Infiltrant clothing for free, the following condition applies: For a single piece of the set, you need to watch one hour of "Cyberpunk 2077" content on a Twitch channel of your choice while (important!) the respective drop is active. So make sure you choose a channel that obviously has a drop.
So, by watching a stream for 60 minutes, you will get the respective active item like the headgear or the boots as a reward. If you want to own all of the NUS gear, you may have to watch several streamers play for a total of four hours.
And there is one more condition. You are only eligible to receive the advertised rewards if you have previously linked your GOG account to your Twitch account. If in doubt, you'll have to create two accounts, for example if you own the Steam version of Cyberpunk 2077 and don't have a GOG account.

Also as part of the promotion, 16 Twitch channels have been designated by CD Projekt to offer custom drops. In this context, the developer and publisher points out on the official website for Cyberpunk 2077 that Twitch creators who participate in this initiative can freely express their personal opinions about Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty.

The screenshot above shows the Twitch channels in question. Among others, streamers like Alanzoka, Jesse Cox, Shroud and Urqueen are included. From 25/09/2023, 1p.m. CEST to 21/10/2023, 11:59 p.m. CEST, you can also support "Twitch partners and affiliates" who play Cyberpunk 2077 "by giving away 2 Twitch subscriptions of any tier on their channel." In return, you'll receive the Yasha sniper rifle as a reward (see below).

Phantom Liberty will be released on September 26, 2023 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S/X. Shortly before that, Cyberpunk 2077 received the extensive update 2.0, which turns the gameplay of the action role-playing game upside down. Among other things, the police of Night City now hunt the player with a motor.
