Here’s what it’s about: In the village of Nevesk, which you will find early in the game, you will find Magdalena. She is marked with a blue exclamation mark on the map and gives you the side quest “The Woodsman of Nevesk”. You are supposed to find the woodman’s axe for Magdalena and go in search of it.
How to Complete the Sidequest “The Woodsman of Nevesk” in Diablo 4
Here you can find the quest: If you have completed the prologue, you have already discovered Nevesk. If you return to the village, you will find the NPC Magdalena, who gives you the quest “The Woodsman of Nevesk”. You are to find the axe of a notorious woodsman who has been slaughtering unsuspecting adventurers in the area.
Here you can find the axe: The axe is located northeast of Nevesk at the tip of the marked area. We have marked the starting point and the destination on the map:
Once you have found the axe, you can interact with it. The former woodsman, now a large beast, will stand in your way. However, the fight is quickly concluded, the bloodthirsty woodsman is not particularly dangerous.
These are your rewards: Once you have completed the quest and returned to Magdalena (it is best to use the waypoint to Nevesk), you will receive a container as a reward, in addition to experience points and gold. If you open it, you will receive 80 Obols.
