When it comes to sub-stories, the Yakuza spin-off Like a Dragon: Ishin is no different than the main series: Some sub-stories practically fall into your lap, while others are completely hidden from your eyes. Our guide seizes exactly those “hidden” stories by the collar and mercilessly drags them into the light.
What this is about: Are you a fan of Ryu Ga Gotoku’s Yakuza series? Yes? Then cross your heart: you’ve never found all the side stories of a Yakuza game with Kazuma Kiryu and Ichiban Kasuga, respectively, without consulting the corresponding guides. Is that right? Of course it’s true, because some of the partially bizarre subplots can only be discovered with a keen eye, or they are hiding behind sevenfold sealed access requirements.
However, today is your lucky day, as we played Like a Dragon: Ishin with special attention to hidden substories, and noted their locations as well as conditions. You can read the result below. What we won’t reveal there, however, are the solutions to the individual missions. In the case of mission chains like “It’s a long story” (three parts in total) you will have to take care of your progress. But that should be in your interest as well.
