Alteisen Island is west of Arthethine, in the northeast corner of the world map, and requires an item level of 302 to enter.

On Alteisen Island you can collect 4 Mokoko Seeds, which should be fairly easy to find.

• 1 is to the west on the cliff.
• The second in the south of the big plateau covered by a couple of steel crates.
• You can find 2 more seeds in the north of the plateau if you walk through a secret passage.

You get the Island Token as a random loot from the Field Boss Sol Grande.
