Golf Carts have been added in one of the recent updates and they are easy to find. Go to the locations marked on this map and you should be able to encounter a couple of these vehicles:
However, not all Golf Carts you find can be used. You will need to search for the blue ones. Carts in this color are fine and should work. Golf Carts of other colors are broken and you can’t drive them.

Golf Carts are easy to drive and you just need to sit in the driver’s seat. After that, use the “WASD” keys or your analog stick to move or turn the cart. Also, there is a break button that you can use to stop the vehicle. For example, on a PC, it is the Space button.
Golf Carts have two seats and you can use the second one to put a passenger on it. So, this vehicle will be really helpful even in multiplayer and it is extremely fun to drive.
If your Golf Cart is stuck somewhere, walk up to one of its sides and interact with it when the Hand icon is active. This way you can push the cart in the direction you’re facing.
